Guided practices are essential to help students improve the techniques learned in the classroom during the Ohashiatsu program courses.

The teacher conducts an initial meditation and opening exercises and assists students with reviewing the techniques and maintaining proper posture as they work with each other.

A minimum of 60 hours of guided practice are required to obtain the basic certificate. And another 90 hours to get the professional degree.

They are also a nice moment of exchange between students of all levels, to also take a moment of break and relaxation.

Each practice lesson lasts 3 hours. It is necessary to book at least 2 days before the scheduled date of the lesson.
